These guys were great at getting an insurance claim sorted for me. They did all of the communication with the insurance company and the work on the four panels was really high quality. Their customer service is fantastic!

My housemate recommended Jamie at Perth Autobody Repairs to fix my car, it required a new panel and panel beating on the front bumper. The panels that were just fixed and not replaced looked like brand new!! Jamie quoted a very reasonable price, promptly. I had the best experience with brilliant service provided. I was recommended to Perth Autobody Repairs who are just down the road from work, and so glad I was.  From the first contact I didn’t have to do a thing.  I handed over my car keys and the very friendly staff did everything from there.  I was constantly informed of the progress in the short time it took to repair and my car came back in perfect condition.  I am extremely happy with the service from all the staff.

Jamie was great through the whole process of repairing our rear bumper and boot after we were rear ended. I had my car repaired by Perth Autobody Repairs and it was my first time ever having to go through insurance and repairing a car, I was first recommended to another smash repair by my insurance company but upon checking Perth Auto Body’s reviews I’ve decided to go in and get a quote. Jamie was quick to give me a quote and had contacted my insurance company and sorted all the hassles and made my claim stress free and also recommended a car hire company even though I didn’t have hire car option on my policy.

Overall I was very impressed at how smooth the whole process was and it took only 2.5 days for them to have my car ready and the work done to it was top notch and I was satisfied and pleased to do business with these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars repaired.
